After owning and operating her own brokerage in La Jolla for 16 years, Katrina recently joined Compass as a Broker Associate, specializing in high-end residential real estate transactions for both buyers and sellers throughout San Diego County. With this move, she has combined her in-depth market knowledge with Compass’ cutting-edge tools to best serve her clients in today’s market. 

 

With over 20+ years of real estate expertise, Katrina has represented private individuals, equity groups, builders, as well as sales and marketing firms. Throughout her career, Katrina’s passion and interest in real estate have delivered opportunities to operate in a wide range of capacities. She has handled point of sale responsibilities, directed and managed the sales and marketing efforts of new home communities, condo conversions, trustee sales, short sale sourcing, and BPO valuations for lenders to name a few. It’s no exaggeration to say that she has quite literally been responsible for the sale/closing of thousands of properties.

 

Although her “home base” is in Encinitas, as a San Diego native, Katrina has a deep knowledge of many areas within the county. Whether her clients are looking for a coastal cottage or an expansive inland ranch, Katrina’s in-depth understanding of the various areas within the county affords her clients the opportunity to explore a variety of communities to ensure they find the perfect one to suit their unique needs.
